Work to regenerate 1–22 Chamberlayne House, Stow-on-the-Wold and replace the building with provide modern, energy efficient homes was completed in 2022.

We made the decision to regenerate these flats after completing investigations into their viability and whether they meet our customers' needs both now and in the future and concluded they did not, primarily because the flats are small and have low energy efficiency ratings.
