As part of getting Bromford future ready we're currently upgrading some of our systems. Unfortunately during this process customers will NOT receive a confirmation or reminder text message when booking a repair. This will be fixed as part of the process. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Ground rent charges showing on your account may currently be inaccurate. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you have any queries about charges on your account please contact us.
