Right to Buy / Acquire Insolvency and affordability assessment

Before you start

This form applies to all applicants applying for the Right to Buy or Right to Acquire and must be Submitted with the correct Government Right to Buy or Right to Acquire application form 

To start you need to meet all the mandatory criteria below.

First tenant / applicants details
I have previously applied for the Right to buy / acquire with my current landlord and been refused


I am an undischarged bankrupt or have a bankruptcy petition pending against me


I am subject to a formal creditors agreement made under the Insolvency Acts


I have made a compromise or an arrangement with creditors following bankruptcy and a copy is enclosed


I have previously held a public sector tenancy (not applicable for family members)
