We're seeing an increase in calls about heating issues. Please check our advice on how to get your boiler working, before you get in touch with us.

Things you should check before requesting a repair

1 - Check you have credit on both your gas and electric meters.
Your boiler needs both to work

2 - Check the mains switch is on
This is located on the wall nearest to your boiler - it can look like a light switch

3 - Check the boiler power switch is on
This is located on the front of your boiler and can either be pushed or turned

4 - Check the thermostat
If this is set too low, the heating won’t turn on. Try turning the thermostat up high and see if the boiler starts up

5 - Check the timer/programmer
Ensure the time and date are set correctly on your timer. Check that it is set to the correct function
