If you’re locked out or forgot your password, here’s how to reset it:

You can get a rent statement in your online account, by talking to us on live chat, or by calling us on 0330 1234 034.

Universal Credit

If you're receiving Universal Credit, you'll need to pay your rent directly to us. We recommend setting up a Direct Debit to make this easier. If you’re unsure how, give us a call and we’ll help guide you through the process.
