Typical roles we recruit for:

Neighbourhood coach

Essentially this is about using a coaching approach to help customers identify where they want to get to in life and how they can build on their strengths, gifts and talents to help them get there. You’ll be responsible for developing a relationship that’s built on mutual trust with around 175 households.

Employment coach

Coaching customers who are re-entering work or looking for their first job. You’ll help them to overcome their barriers to employment and to secure a sustainable job. You'll need to be familiar with employability steps and interview techniques, with a good grasp and up to date knowledge of ‘better off into work’ and welfare reform.

Locality manager

The purpose of this role is to inspire, lead, empower and coach a team to build fantastic relationships with our customers and the communities in which they live - delivering outcomes for our business and for the customers within your locality. You'd need to have fantastic leadership and coaching skills, a proven experience of building great external networks and having strategic influence across public and private sectors.

Offering you more:

We offer an attractive employment package with an excellent range of colleague benefits. Below are just a few which we've picked out for you:

Generous holiday allowance
27 days a year, rising to 30 days after five years service - you can also buy more holidays if you wish.

We have a choice of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes that you are able to join. Each come with life assurance as standard (4 x basic salary).

Flexible working
We actively support flexible working as long as it doesn’t compromise the service we offer to our customers and getting the job done.

Our Childcare Voucher Scheme is open to all colleagues who are parents or guardians and helps you save money towards the cost of your childcare.

Flexible benefits
Colleagues receive a £500 allowance each year to spend towards a choice of benefits including things like private medical cover, dental treatment and gym membership.
