Why we're recruiting

Bromford is a social business and we believe in people. We know that by investing in people, both in terms of time and money, we can all achieve so much more for our customers.

For over 50 years we’ve provided customers with new and affordable homes and provided a range of services aimed at reducing welfare-dependency and generating social value in employment, education, health and community safety.

We have set out plans to build more than 5,000 new homes by 2022, at a time when house-building has slumped to its lowest level in 24 years nationally, so to do this we know we need to ensure we are fit for the future and that we can be best placed to support our colleagues moving forward. What’s happening with our People team?

We are building a team of experts who will support the business and will work closely to support our HR Business Partners on the front line. We’ll offer a strong shared service function to manage the transactional elements of the HR service and we plan to streamline our processes and practices. And we’re making plans to develop our OD and L&D offer to support and meet the needs of our growing organisation.

We’re really excited by the plans we have put in place and we’re looking for like-minded, talented people to join us on this journey.
