  • A suburban town on the southern outskirts of Gloucester, Quedgeley is a popular area for commuters and families as its so close to the centre of the city and with plenty to see and do right throughout the year.

    There’s ample shopping within Quedgeley itself, with a large Tesco Extra store and Aldi serving the town. There are additional shops at Quedgeley Retail Park and plenty of places to enjoy a relaxing meal out in from national restaurants to local pubs and eateries.

    And as Quedgeley is located just to the south of Gloucester, it means you’re just a short drive away from the city centre and its large selection of national stores, including the modern shopping mall at Gloucester Quays, together with an even greater selection of places to enjoy wining and dining in.

    There’s a selection of local sports clubs based in the town running adult and junior teams, while Quedgeley Health & Fitness Centre runs a range of regular classes during the week including Zumba and pilates. And every Saturday there’s a free 5k Parkrun starting at the nearby Kingsway Sports Pavilion.

    Gloucester is a rugby city with its Premiership rugby team playing to sell-out crowds at its Kingsholm ground, which also hosts concerts during the summer. Winter sports fans can enjoy days out at the Gloucester Ski & Snowboard Centre. There are a number of events happening throughout the year including the Gloucester Tall Ships Festival in May, an annual fireworks spectacular in July and a popular history festival every September.

    Quedgeley has an excellent choice of nurseries and schools to look after the education of your children from toddlers up to A-Levels. There are two primary schools within easy walking distance of the site.

  • As part of the application process you are required to carry out an affordability assessment and provide documents to support the application, TMP Mortgages will carry out this initial assessment.

    • Complete the online questionnaire
    • Your assessment will then be allocated to the correct person and an advisor will then make contact with you within 24 hours (not including weekends) they will discuss options with you and request documents required to complete the application.
