We have been awarded Silver membership status in The 5% Club’s 2024-25 Employer Audit Scheme. This recognition reflects our dedication to investing in our people through ‘earn and learn’ programmes such as, apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and sponsored student placements.
We’re passionate about helping our colleagues grow and develop. This award highlights the success of our efforts, which include:
- 81 apprentices, including 46 internal colleagues engaged in upskilling apprenticeships
- 8 active graduate roles, with 3 graduates progressing to permanent roles
- 9 apprentices recruited in 2024, alongside 3 new graduate hires
- Since April 2023, 12 apprenticeships have been completed, and we expect 33 more to be completed by December 2025
- Looking ahead, 3 additional apprentices are set to begin in early 2025
Talent and OD Manager, Steph Foster, shared what this recognition means to us: "We are immensely proud to be recognised as a Silver member of The 5% Club. This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in our people and creating opportunities for growth and development. We look forward to continuing to lead by example in fostering a culture of learning and inclusivity, and we are excited to see how our programs continue to shape the future of our workforce."
We’ve also got exciting opportunities available right now, with two apprenticeship roles open in our Technology team. These roles are a fantastic way to gain experience, develop skills, and be part of our journey. If you’d like to find out more about these roles visit our careers page.
