We are launching a new initiative to create a more flexible workplace by offering part-time hours for our vital customer-facing trade roles.  

With a focus on work-life balance, our goal is to provide opportunities for people seeking part-time employment within our skilled trades team, allowing us to attract and retain today's top talent. We are looking for talented electricians, plumbers, carpenters, cleaners and other essential tradespeople to help maintain and improve our properties.

A YouGov poll of nearly 2,500 working adults, commissioned by Amazon, reveals almost half (48%) want more flexibility in their jobs, with better work/life balance the most popular reason (62%).

We believe that offering flexible part-time hours will benefit potential colleagues while enhancing our ability to serve our customers. By attracting a diverse pool of talent with varying schedules and experience levels, we can ensure a more responsive and adaptable service.
