We are offering two new apprenticeship opportunities in our Technology team, with roles based in Staffordshire and Gloucestershire. 

As part of our ongoing commitment to help 1,000 customers find meaningful, long-term employment, these roles aim to provide candidates with the training and skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market. 

The Tech Support Apprentice roles provide an exciting entry point into the growing tech industry. Apprentices will receive hands-on training, working alongside experienced professionals while gaining industry-recognised qualifications. These roles offer a pathway to stable, rewarding careers in technology, where skills are in high demand. 

Playing a key role in supporting our tech operations, apprentices will be a first point of contact for technical support across the business. They will gain practical experience in coding, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring networked devices, and learning about the latest in tech — from cybersecurity to AI and app development.
