The boards of Bromford and Flagship have decided to take the next steps towards a formal merger on Friday 28 February 2025. The decision by both boards was supported by an in-depth due diligence process, customer consultation and a strong business case.
Bromford and Flagship are merging to form Bromford Flagship, combining strengths to unlock greater financial capacity and deliver 2,000 homes annually for 30 years, with 50% for social rent.
The new organisation will enhance local accountability, empower local teams, and offer innovative digital services. Bromford Flagship will also introduce a Place Standard to create thriving communities and launch a Learning Academy and Research and Development Team to drive innovation and customer-focused services.
