Responsibilities

Overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of our home maintenance service, both planned and reactive repair work, enhancing service quality and optimising operational efficiencies.  

Career

Emma joined in 2024 bringing with her extensive service delivery management and regulated business experience having worked in various roles of increasing complexity in the housing sector.

Until her appointment as Director of Service Delivery, Emma was Executive Director at Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) overseeing all asset and property matters, as well as tenancy, community and homelessness services. Prior to this, Emma led the £64 million decent homes programme at CBH, which was completed 2 years ahead of schedule and received high levels of satisfaction.  

Emma is a qualified building surveyor and initially worked in private practice after qualifying.  She has a real passion for delivering brilliant customer service by listening and acting on customer feedback to drive performance. Emma is a strong advocate for women working in operational roles.
