We want our customers to see our homes as a springboard and believe that if we offer the right home and the right relationship, our customers can achieve more. We are now looking at how Paterson Road can help us to achieve this aim.

The number of flats we have close together in Paterson Road presents a real opportunity for us to invest in the area and we are considering how we can regenerate the flats, and the area around the flats on Paterson Road, such as Golden Farm Road, by demolishing the existing homes and replacing them with modern, energy efficient homes which are affordable for our customers to run.

In total we plan to regenerate 43 homes on Paterson Road and Golden Farm Road and we believe this will bring huge benefits to both customers and the wider community.
