We plan to regenerate two homes on Quarry Road, no's: 33 and 35 and a neighbouring garage site.

These homes are of non-traditional Cornish construction (non-traditionally built properties means that they are not made with a conventional brick or timber frame structure) and typically have a poor energy efficiency rating which means they are extremely expensive to heat and run. Having a group of them together means we have the opportunity to redevelop the site with brand new, energy efficient homes.

We received planning permission to regenerate this site in September 2020.
