We have announced our intention to redevelop four properties in Church Lane, Old Sodbury.
The four properties were all built using the Airey pre-cast reinforced concrete method of consutrction. These type of properties were declared defective several years ago and are prone to suffering damp and draughts. We have looked into the long-term maintenace requirements of our Airey properties in Church Lane and have decided that it would be best to invest in replacing them with new, affordable, energy efficient homes that are cheaper for customers to live in and run.
