We're seeing an increase in calls about heating issues. Please check our advice on how to get your boiler working, before you get in touch with us.
We plan to regenerate a small number of our homes on Cedar Road. These properties are Airey houses and are made of concrete non-traditional construction; this means they were not made with a conventional brick or timber frame structure. These types of properties have a poor energy efficiency rating which typically results in them being extremely expensive to heat.
As we have four homes in such close proximity to each other, this presents a real opportunity for us to invest in the area and we are considering how we can regenerate the site, possibly by replacing them with modern, energy-efficient homes which are affordable for our customers to live in and run.
