With Assisted Move by Bromford, we can help to take out the hassle of selling your current home, and make the process - from valuation and sale right through to exchange and completion - as smooth as possible.

It means we can hold the Bromford home of your choice, for a specified time, before you have sold your current home.

How it works

  1. Choose your ideal Bromford home.
  2. We will instruct an independent valuation of your current property, carried out by a selection of estate agents.
  3. We will share the report with you, and the valuations and, if you are happy, get your property on the market.
  4. The estate agent will market your property and manage the viewings.
  5. Once you have an offer on your property, we will invite you to reserve your new Bromford home.
  6. When your home is sold, we’ll pay a contribution towards your estate agents’ fees *

At all times during an Assisted Move, we’ll stay in touch with you to answer any questions, and we’ll be keeping in close contact with the estate agent – right through to the time that you legally complete and move into your new Bromford home.

    1. Assisted Move by Bromford is available on selected developments and properties.
    2. You agree to Bromford appointing a nominated estate agent who will market and sell your existing property.
    3. Bromford provides this service through Moving Made Easy, terms and conditions apply, please ask for further details.
    4. We agree to pay towards the estate agent’s commission plus VAT for marketing and selling your existing property provided you legally complete on the purchase of a new Bromford home (outright sale or shared ownership).
    5. You agree not to instruct another agent to sell your existing home once you have agreed to use Assisted Move by Bromford.
    6. You confirm that no part is currently negotiating to purchase your existing property and that no introduction has already been made by another party prior to using our Assisted Move service.
    7. In the event that any existing contract with your estate agent cannot be cancelled without penalty, or if there is a penalty for dual agency, Bromford will not be liable for any extra fees. We will not be responsible for obligations contained in third party contracts. Please note that you will be liable for disinstructing your existing estate agent and for any abortive costs or dual agency fees according to your contract.
    8. You agree to allow reasonable access to your property for viewings and survey purposes and to co-operate fully with our estate agents in their endeavours to market and sell your property.
    9. Bromford reserve the right to terminate your Assisted Move by Bromford scheme if you decline an offer which the nominated agent believes to be fair and reasonable in the current market conditions.
    10. This offer is also subject to the terms of your reservation agreement with us which explains the circumstances in which we may retain part of your reservation deposit.
