The spread of coronavirus is changing every day and we continue to follow the advice from the government and Public Health England. This means while we will continue to support customers, we will no longer be providing a full range of services.

However, if you’re self isolating or have been diagnosed with coronavirus and we’re due to visit you in your home it’s really important that you call us on 0330 1234 034 or complete the form below to let us know beforehand. If you are a former Merlin customer please call us on 0300 123 2222 and if you are a former Severn Vale customer please call us on 01684 272727.

Find out if you are at very high risk of severe illness from coronavirus - you will have received a letter from the NHS to let you know.
