We have announced our intention to redevelop four properties in Church Lane, Old Sodbury.

The four properties were all built using the Airey pre-cast reinforced concrete method of consutrction. Airey properties were declared defective several years ago and are prone to suffering damp and draughts. We have looked into the long-term maintenace requirements of our Airey properties in Church Lane and have decided that it would be best to invest in replacing them with new, affordable, energy efficient homes that are cheaper for customers to live in and run.

We began consulting with our customers living in these homes in November 2023.

We will update this page with all letters we send to customers and copies of our plans as work progresses.
