Barrington Close & Fairford Close

We are proposing to redevelop all of our existing properties in Barrington Close (from numbers 13 to 44 and the garages) and Fairford Close (odd numbers from 1 to 13, and all numbers from 15 to 40 and even numbers from 42 to 54) in Kingswood, South Gloucestershire. We submitted a planning application to South Gloucestershire Council in December 2023.

We want to regenerate this site to deliver 85 modern, affordable, energy efficient homes. The homes we are proposing will be a mix of one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom maisonettes, and two, three and four-bedroom houses with associated parking and landscaping. We held a consultation event to discuss our plans with local residents in October 2023. You can see all the information shared at this event in the Development information tab below including plans for the site and details about some of the homes we're proposing to build.
