Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of our home investment programme including disrepair and condensation, damp and mould. Emma is also responsible and accountable for fire and building safety and our asset data.
Career:
Emma joined in 2023 as Director of Asset Management and Building Safety. Emma started her career in housing as an Investment Manager at High Peak Borough Council. Since then, she has held a number of senior positions across asset management, safety and compliance and fire safety and prior to joining Bromford was Assistant Director of Building Safety at Peabody. During her time at Peabody Emma worked with DLUHC and HSE to test and research how to implement the Building Safety Act and helped to lead the change in Building Safety culture.
Emma is a qualified architect with a passion for working with communities and customers to ensure that building design places customer safety first and enables customers to thrive.
